Los trabajadores pueden negociar por adelantado sus vacaciones mediante un acuerdo escrito, aunque a\u00fan no hayan cumplido el a\u00f1o de servicio.<\/li><li>Prestaci\u00f3n <strong>familiar<\/strong>: Los trabajadores pueden solicitar esta prestaci\u00f3n si tienen uno (o m\u00e1s) hijos a su cargo menores de 18 a\u00f1os o si tienen hijos mayores matriculados en la universidad (hasta los 24 a\u00f1os).<\/li><li><strong>Gratificaciones<\/strong> legales: Cada a\u00f1o, los empleados deben recibir dos gratificaciones legales equivalentes a un salario mensual; la primera se concede en julio por las fiestas de la Independencia, y la segunda se abona en diciembre por las fiestas de Navidad.<\/li><li>Bonificaciones <strong>extraordinarias<\/strong>: Los empleadores deben pagar, al mismo tiempo, que las primas legales, dos compensaciones extraordinarias equivalentes al 9 por ciento de las primas legales, o al 6,75 por ciento para los trabajadores afiliados a una Empresa Prestadora de Servicios de Salud (EPS).<\/li><li><strong>Indemnizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><em>por Tiempo de Servicios<\/em>: Un seguro de empleo que representa aproximadamente uno y medio del salario mensual (1,16666%) al a\u00f1o, concedido en mayo y noviembre.<\/li><li><strong>Reparto de beneficios:<\/strong> Las empresas con m\u00e1s de veinte trabajadores deben repartir un
