Os trabalhadores podem negociar antecipadamente as suas f\u00e9rias atrav\u00e9s de um acordo escrito, mesmo que o ano de servi\u00e7o ainda n\u00e3o esteja conclu\u00eddo.<\/li><li><strong>Abono de fam\u00edlia<\/strong>: Os trabalhadores podem requerer esta presta\u00e7\u00e3o se tiverem um (ou mais) filho a cargo com menos de 18 anos de idade ou se tiverem filhos mais velhos inscritos na universidade (at\u00e9 aos 24 anos de idade).<\/li><li><strong>Pr\u00e9mios legais<\/strong>: Todos os anos, os trabalhadores devem receber dois subs\u00eddios legais equivalentes a um sal\u00e1rio mensal; o primeiro \u00e9 concedido em Julho, pelas f\u00e9rias do Dia da Independ\u00eancia, e o segundo \u00e9 pago em Dezembro, pelas f\u00e9rias de Natal.<\/li><li><strong>Pr\u00e9mios Extraordin\u00e1rios<\/strong>: As entidades empregadoras devem pagar, em simult\u00e2neo com os pr\u00e9mios legais, duas compensa\u00e7\u00f5es extraordin\u00e1rias de valor igual a 9% dos pr\u00e9mios legais, ou 6,75% para os trabalhadores filiados numa Empresa Prestadora de Servi\u00e7os de Sa\u00fade (EPS).<\/li><li><strong>Indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><em>por Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (Compensaci\u00f3n por Tiempo de Servicios<\/em>): Um seguro de emprego que representa aproximadamente um e meio do sal\u00e1rio mensal (1,16666%) por ano, concedido em Maio e Novembro.<\/li><li><strong>Participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos lucros:<\/strong> As empresas com mais de vinte trabalhadores devem distribuir uma percentagem do seu rendimento anual (fixada por
